Five details to ensure the good operation of stainless steel tube bright annealing machine
1. Check the seal in the furnace. Poor sealing will cause the loss of protective gas in the furnace, so that the surface brightness of the annealed tube cannot meet the requirements.
2. Check whether there is water vapor in the furnace. This will cause water vapor to evaporate when heated, adhere to the stainless steel tube, and then oxidize the surface.
3. Maintain gas pressure. In order to avoid micro-leakage, the protective gas in the furnace should maintain a certain positive pressure, if it is hydrogen protective gas.
4. Annealing temperature. Check that the optimum annealing temperature for the material has been reached.
5. Annealing atmosphere, the annealing atmosphere of stainless steel pipes is mainly pure hydrogen. Therefore, the purity of the atmosphere is preferably infinitely close to 100%, and it cannot be rich in too much oxygen and water vapor. The atmosphere is the primary reason that affects the quality of stainless steel pipes.
